Do I need to create an account?
No. You are free to shop on foraign.com and complete your purchase as a guest. However, if you create an account, it is easier to do the following:
- Keep a record of your purchase history
- Track your current order
- Save and manage addresses for quicker checkout
- Get notifications of new arrivals
- Sign up for our newsletter
What is the order process?
When you place an order for an item on foraign.com, you will automatically receive an acknowledgment of your order. Please allow 48 hours for your order confirmation.
How will I be charged for my purchase?
When you make a FORAIGN purchase, the necessary funds are held as a pre-authorization. This is not an actual charge. It allows us to ensure that the necessary funds are available to complete the transaction. When we are ready to ship your order the transaction is completed.
How long does it take for my item to be shipped?
If your item is in stock, it will ship within 5-7 days of order confirmation.
What if my item is unavailable?
We will contact you to issue a refund if the item you ordered is unavailable.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders allow you to order an item before it is actually launched. The necessary funds as held as a pre-authorization. This is not an actual charge. However, it ensures that sufficient funds are available to carry out the transaction. When your order is ready to ship, your card is charged according to the amount of your order.
Can I use more than one payment method?
FORAIGN Orders must be completed with one payment method, with the exception of gift cards which can be combined with a credit or debit card.
Can I ship to a different address?
Yes, in the checkout process you can indicate your determined destination of the products.
I am having trouble making a purchase, what do I do?
If you are attempting to check out and receive the following error message ‘transaction cannot be processed’ please contact your bank in order for them to authorize the transaction.
What happens to my personal information?
When you place an order with FORAIGN, all of your information is confidential. We use secure systems in order to ensure that details pertaining to your accounts remain private. For more information on our secure network please visit our Terms and Conditions section.

Does Foraign provide International Shipping?
To Start we will only be shipping domestically (United States of America), but international shipping will be available for our clients shortly.
