FORAIGN, LLC., and each of its affiliates (collectively “FORAIGN,” “we,” “us,” “our,”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information we hold about you. This includes information we collect through, or in association with, our websites with home pages located at https://foraign.com, and any related apps that we may provide, together with all products and services we may offer from time to time via our website and/or related apps, our related social media sites (for example, on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook), or otherwise through your interactions with us (the website, apps, products, services, and social media pages, collectively, the “Services”).
Please review the following to understand how we process and safeguard personal information about you. By using any of our Services, whether by visiting our website or otherwise, and/or by voluntarily providing personal information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the practices contained in this Privacy Policy.
1) Modifications and Updates to this Privacy Policy:
We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, and/or update this Privacy Policy, and any such modifications, alterations, or updates will be effective upon our posting of the revised Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Services following our posting of any revised Privacy Policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the amended Privacy Policy.
2) Applicability of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is subject to the Terms and Conditions (see our Terms and Conditions page) that govern your use of the Services. This Privacy Policy applies regardless of the means used to access or provide information through the Services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information from or about you collected by any third party services, applications, or advertisements associated with, or websites linked from the Services, including, but not limited to, Shopify (that hosts our store), PayPal (that processes payments on our behalf and social media pages. The collection or receipt of your information by such third parties is subject to their own privacy policies, statements, and practices and under no circumstances are we responsible or liable for any third party’s compliance therewith.
3) What Information Do We Collect?
FORAIGN collects personal data through website visits and purchases. FORAIGN uses cookies, which are small text files, stored on your computer during the site visit.
You can disable cookies through your browser. To know more about cookies please refer to Section III below.
When making your first purchase, you are prompted to open an account and provide us with the information required in order to place your order and have it delivered. In doing so, you provide the personal data necessary to contact you and deliver your purchase, such as your full name, email address, shipping address, as well as certain financial information (such as your credit card number). In doing so, you allow FORAIGN to store some of this information in the FORAIGN customer database. Your credit card information is not stored by FORAIGN and is sent to a secure third party payment processor.
You have choices about certain information we collect. When you are asked to provide information, you may decline to do so; but if you choose not to provide information that is necessary to provide any aspect of our Services, you may not be able to use those Services. In addition, as noted below in the section captioned “Your Choices” it is possible to change your browser settings to block the automatic collection of certain information
FORAIGN may also collect non-personal information about you even if you do not purchase any products on the foraign.com website.
4.) How is the information collected used?
FORAIGN may share certain financial and other information that you submit with third parties who provide services to the website. Said third parties proceed to credit reporting, payment or order fulfillment services, such as verifying your information, authenticating payments and processing orders. In order to combat fraudulent online payments, FORAIGN may also share your financial information with a third-party service provider using an online fraud detection tool in order to verify your payment.
FORAIGN may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable laws, a subpoena or other legal process. For example, FORAIGN may disclose such information as is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against a person or entity who may be violating the foraign.com Terms and Conditions, or who may be causing injury to, or interfering with, other users of the foraign.com website. In the event that FORAIGN, the FORAIGN group, or all or part of its or their assets, are acquired by a third party, the foraign.com customer list may be included in the transferred assets.
Please be aware that FORAIGN does not control the policies or practices of third parties to which FORAIGN discloses information about users of the foraign.com website and that any use or disclosure of such information by third parties is not governed by this Policy. However, transfers of personal information are governed by contractual clauses which ensure compliance with data protection legislation.

Please note, however, that we reserve the right to deny access as permitted or required by applicable law.
Your California Privacy Rights. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the “Shine the Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once per year per person, must be sent to the email address below, and are free of charge.
We do not disclose personal information protected under the “Shine the Light” law to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
7) Your Choices. In addition to your choices with respect to the collection of personal information (see “What Information do we Collect”) you have the ability to make certain choices about how we communicate with you, and how we process certain personal information.
Communications Opt-Out. You may opt out of receiving marketing or other communications from us at any time through a given communications channel (such as email or telephone) by following the opt-out link or other unsubscribe instructions provided in any email message received or by contacting us as provided at the end of this Privacy Statement.
Note that if you do business with us in the future, you may not, subject to applicable law, opt out of certain automated notifications, such as order or subscription confirmations, based on business transactions (e.g., e-commerce).

Our Privacy Policy also information about other practices with respect to personal information, including:

Collection of Data from Children. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the Services, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18. By using the Services, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

Do Not Track. We use analytics systems and providers and participate in ad networks that process personal information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services. We do not currently process or comply with any web browser’s “do not track” signal or other mechanisms that provide consumers with the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personal information about your online activities over time and across third party websites.
