Shipping & Returns
ORDER AND SHIPPING PROCEDURES:
Once you make a purchase on foraign.com, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive an order confirmation.
Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Once the order is received, you can send the item back by following the instructions on the Return Policy below.
We will contact you again via email when your order is ready to ship. Please allow 5-7 days after your order confirmation for shipping confirmation.
To protect our customers, FORAIGN is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and FORAIGN will only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address. However, you can schedule a pick up at a Federal Express or reschedule a delivery date via fedex.com.
Due to our Fraud Protection Policy, all online orders are required to have identical billing and shipping addresses. To minimize any fraudulent transactions, any orders with different shipping and billing addresses will not be processed.
We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.
Lost or Stolen Package. As noted above, FORAIGN is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact customercare@foraign.com to initiate a Federal Express Claim.
OUR RETURN POLICY
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging
- Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact FORAIGN Customer Service via telephone at 646-692-4183 or customercare@foraign.com to set up your return. Please provide us with your order number, as well as the reason you are making the return.
If the item purchased had a price of $200 or more, FORAIGN will provide a free return label. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request your free label to ensure that we receive your item with our 14-day return window. We recommend that you ship your return within one week of receiving your shipping label to ensure that it arrives at the FORAIGN offices on time.
PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS ARE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
